The Texas Golf Association will travel to San Angelo where the 34th edition of the Women’s Texas Senior Stroke Play Championship will take place at Bentwood Country Club from September 18 to 20, 2023. This will be the first time this event will be held at Bentwood Country Club. The tournament is open to female amateur golfers aged 50 or older, residing in Texas, with a certified WHS Handicap Index. The tournament will consist of 54 holes of Stroke Play, with the field of 96 players being divided into Championship and Flights divisions. The Championship division will play from longer tees, while other players may choose their tees. The entry fee includes greens fees, cart fees, range fees, a championship tee gift, and lunch after the first and final rounds. A practice round is available on September 17, and registration will take place on the same day.

Live scoring updates and daily recaps from the 2023 Women’s Senior Stroke Play Championship will be available on the TGA website (txga.org) once the action gets underway from Bentwood Country Club.
