Abstract Connections Art Show and Sale
Opens March 7 at Raw 1899 Gallery

San Angelo, Texas: Raw 1899 Gallery, West Texas’ premier art gallery located in historic downtown San Angelo, will present Abstract Connections Art Show and Sale March 7 to 30, 2024, featuring works by local artist JoElla Mendez.

The Opening Reception will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 7, and the public is invited to attend free of charge and meet the artist.

JoElla explains the title of her show and current work: “Abstract connections are what I think of when it comes to my work, which is an exploration of the intersection between painting and ceramics. It is not influenced by one thing in particular, but by a collection of emotions brought on by life itself, expressed by the freedom of art.”
