The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts invites the public to celebrate the opening of Discovering Global Treasures in Concho Valley Collections, a new exhibition showcasing works of art drawn from private collections throughout the Concho Valley. This exhibit will feature a broad range of beautiful, rare, interesting, and important works of art, all sourced from local collectors and will provide a rare opportunity to see art from great private collections, from Spanish surrealism and Japanese printmaking to European decorative arts and the works of Texas masters.
The exhibition opening reception will be held in SAMFA’s Grand Hall on Saturday, July 11, from 5:30 to 8 PM, with a special panel discussion beginning at 6:30 PM.
