The San Angelo Symphony takes the stage for an exciting night of Gershwin, Rossini and Britten along with the famed Frank Vignola Trio. Starting the night with the suite from the folk tale, Porgy and Bess, audience goers will be dazzled by the dramatic action from this popular piece followed by the cheerful earful of exuberant jazz created by the Frank Vignola Trio. Rounding out the night, Gary Booth, will narrate Britten’s Young People’s Guide to the Orchestra showing off the incredible capacities of the various sections of the orchestra.
