The Downtown Spooktacular Stroll is one of San Angelo’s LARGEST Halloween celebrations! Put on your costumes and come along for Halloween trick-or-treating shenanigans. Participating locations will be hosting games, handing out candy, and/or offering special discounts. Plus, stroll guests receive a free ride on the CVTD trolley to participating locations. Route Begins at 5:15 pm and ends at 8:00 pm at the Pop Art Museum 125 W Twohig Ave. Businesses along all streets of downtown will be open for your entertainment.
