The San Angelo Elks Lodge will hold its annual chili cookoff to support the State Project for special needs kids. Beans can be cooked offsite – $5 entry fee. Chili must be cooked onsite and use chili grind meat. CASI rules apply. There will be a 50/50 raffle, raffle for prizes, and a live auction for cakes and other goodies. All proceeds benefit our State Project to help special needs kids.
