Film Friendly Texas Certified Community

San Angelo is Film Friendly!

Located near the geographical center of Texas, San Angelo offers diverse landscapes from deserts to farms and ranches representing the beauty of West Texas, along with multiple styles of architecture from the 1860’s to today.

San Angelo became a Film Friendly Texas Community in 2018 through a program offered by the Texas Film Commission.

The first step to filming in San Angelo is to complete a film permit.
